Shipping policy

Our order processing time is usually 5-7 days. Certain items might need to be built after the order is placed, so it'll take 7 to 21 business days for your order to be processed.

Our shipping time varies from customer to customer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping time depends on the region our customers who place an order are located. Customers will receive their package as early as 1 week or as late as 3 weeks after shipment. 

If your order requires additional shipping fees such as customs and duties, an email will be sent to you and a Pair of Plants will walk you through all the following steps to clear the fees.
