Refund policy


Returns
We have a NO RETURN policy. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. 

If the customer's order gets sent back to us because they put in the incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipping label.

Refunds
A Pair of Plants will only cancel an order if an item from the order placed by the customer is out of stock.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card that can only be used in our store. All gift cards will be sent to the customers via email. 

Any order viewed as suspicious or fraudulent will be canceled immediately and the payment made by the customer for that order will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
On rare occasions we have products break in the mail. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@apairofplants immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If needed, the customer must always sign their package on the day of delivery because once their package gets dropped off at the post office, a Pair of Plants is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
